LAM is a one-time purchase. Buy it once, keep it — no subscriptions, no recurring charges. By downloading or using LAM, you agree to these terms.
LAM (“the App”) is a classic film-camera application developed and published by Brewkits (“we”, “us”). These Terms govern your use of the App. They are in addition to, and subordinate to, the standard terms of the store you bought it from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal or professional content creation. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the App except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
LAM Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase ($19.99 USD or local equivalent). It unlocks all camera bodies, Pro Mode, and future updates. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled by them under their refund policies — we cannot issue store refunds directly. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Play refund help.
You are solely responsible for the content you capture and how you use it, including obtaining any consent required to photograph or record other people, and complying with the laws of your location. Do not use the App for anything unlawful.
You own everything you capture with LAM. We claim no rights over your photos or videos. The App processes them on your device — see our Privacy Policy.
The App, its name, design, film-stock looks, shaders, and underlying technology are owned by Brewkits and protected by intellectual-property law. The licence in Section 2 does not transfer any of these rights to you.
You may not extract, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any of its colour-transformation algorithms, film-emulation LUTs or matrices, or shaders; and you may not use the App's output, or any data derived from it, to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a commercial artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model, without Brewkits' prior written consent.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Camera, color-rendering, and thermal-protection behaviour depends on your device hardware and operating system; results vary by device. LAM is a creative tool — it is not a safety, medical, or measurement device. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brewkits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, noted in-app. The current version always lives at brewkits.dev/lam/terms.html.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides (the Socialist Republic of Vietnam), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country of residence.

LAM là sản phẩm mua một lần. Mua một lần, dùng mãi — không subscription, không thu phí định kỳ. Khi tải hoặc sử dụng LAM, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này.
LAM (“Ứng dụng”) là ứng dụng máy ảnh phim cổ điển do Brewkits (“chúng tôi”) phát triển và phát hành. Các Điều khoản này điều chỉnh việc bạn sử dụng Ứng dụng. Chúng bổ sung cho, và phụ thuộc vào, điều khoản tiêu chuẩn của cửa hàng nơi bạn mua (Apple App Store hoặc Google Play).
Chúng tôi cấp cho bạn một giấy phép cá nhân, không độc quyền, không chuyển nhượng, có thể thu hồi để cài đặt và sử dụng Ứng dụng trên các thiết bị bạn sở hữu hoặc kiểm soát, phục vụ việc sáng tạo nội dung cá nhân hoặc chuyên nghiệp của bạn. Bạn không được sao chép, phân phối lại, dịch ngược (reverse-engineer) hay bán lại Ứng dụng, trừ khi hạn chế đó bị pháp luật cấm.
LAM Lifetime Pro là giao dịch mua một lần, không tiêu hao (non-consumable) ($19.99 USD hoặc mức tương đương theo vùng). Nó mở khoá toàn bộ thân máy, Pro Mode và các bản cập nhật trong tương lai. Không có subscription và không thu phí định kỳ.
Mọi giao dịch do Apple hoặc Google xử lý. Yêu cầu hoàn tiền được xử lý bởi họ theo chính sách hoàn tiền của họ — chúng tôi không thể hoàn tiền cửa hàng trực tiếp. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: trợ giúp hoàn tiền Play.
Bạn hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung mình chụp/quay và cách sử dụng, bao gồm việc xin sự đồng ý cần thiết khi chụp hoặc ghi hình người khác, và tuân thủ luật pháp tại nơi bạn ở. Không sử dụng Ứng dụng cho bất kỳ mục đích trái pháp luật nào.
Bạn sở hữu mọi thứ bạn chụp/quay bằng LAM. Chúng tôi không đòi bất kỳ quyền nào đối với ảnh hoặc video của bạn. Ứng dụng xử lý chúng trên thiết bị của bạn — xem Chính sách bảo mật của chúng tôi.
Ứng dụng, tên gọi, thiết kế, các hệ màu phim, shader và công nghệ nền tảng thuộc sở hữu của Brewkits và được bảo hộ bởi luật sở hữu trí tuệ. Giấy phép ở Mục 2 không chuyển giao bất kỳ quyền nào trong số này cho bạn.
Bạn không được trích xuất, dịch ngược, giải mã hoặc phân rã Ứng dụng hay bất kỳ thuật toán biến đổi màu, ma trận/LUT mô phỏng phim, hoặc shader nào của Ứng dụng; cũng không được dùng đầu ra của Ứng dụng, hoặc dữ liệu suy ra từ đó, để huấn luyện, tinh chỉnh hay đánh giá mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo/máy học thương mại, khi chưa có sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của Brewkits.
Ứng dụng được cung cấp “nguyên trạng” (as is) mà không có bảo đảm dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào. Hành vi của camera, dựng màu và bảo vệ nhiệt phụ thuộc vào phần cứng thiết bị và hệ điều hành của bạn; kết quả khác nhau theo thiết bị. LAM là một công cụ sáng tạo — không phải thiết bị an toàn, y tế hay đo lường. Chúng tôi không bảo đảm Ứng dụng sẽ không gián đoạn hay không có lỗi.
Trong phạm vi tối đa pháp luật cho phép, Brewkits không chịu trách nhiệm cho bất kỳ thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên hay hệ quả nào, hoặc cho bất kỳ mất mát dữ liệu hay nội dung nào, phát sinh từ việc bạn sử dụng Ứng dụng. Khi trách nhiệm không thể loại trừ, nó được giới hạn ở số tiền bạn đã trả cho Ứng dụng.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật các Điều khoản này. Thay đổi đáng kể sẽ được phản ánh qua ngày ở trên và, khi phù hợp, được ghi chú trong ứng dụng. Phiên bản hiện hành luôn nằm tại brewkits.dev/lam/terms.html.
Các Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi luật pháp tại nơi nhà phát triển cư trú (Cộng hoà Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam), không ảnh hưởng đến bất kỳ quyền bảo vệ người tiêu dùng bắt buộc nào mà bạn có tại quốc gia cư trú của mình.
